How do I register?
You can register as a PG Shop customer by clicking here or you can also log on to www.pagalguy.com and register as a member so that you can use PG Shop as well as the other facilities that will come up with a permanent User ID. All you invest is a few minutes, just once.
It will entitle you to use all the features of PG Shop
- Track the status of your orders
- Maintain your account (details like e-mail ID, shipping address etc.)

Registration is not essential to browse products in PG Shop. You will need to register only when you wish to buy from us!
How can I search for a particular product?
Looking for a product is really easy! Just type the keywords (e.g. B-School forms, T Shirts) in the “Search Box” located at the top right hand corner of any of the pages on PG Shop.
How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?
The order is dispatched within 24 hours of the order placement and it takes approximately 5-7 working days for it to reach the doorstep. In case the delivery has already taken more time than mentioned, please feel free to get in touch with us.
How can I check the order status/track shipments?
After the order has been placed with us we generate a transaction ID for reference purposes. You can track your orders by going to "My Account" link at the top right hand corner of any page and see the status of the order placed by you. It will provide you with basic details like Order number, Products purchased, Delivery status etc.)

How can I cancel an order which I have already placed?
If the order has been placed and dispatched then unfortunately there’s not much we can help you with. However, if you really don’t want the product you have ordered then please call our support numbers at 022-24092400 as soon as possible because if in case the order still hasn’t been dispatched then we may take back the order.
What is your return policy?
There is no return policy as such! But in case the item dispatched to you is faulty or damaged then, you can send it back to us within 24 hours of delivery. As per your wish, we will replace it with any other item you might want or refund your payment. We really want you to love what you get and not be "stuck" with it.
Please make sure that the item is returned within 24 hours of the delivery and in the same condition you received it. In case the product has been used/washed for a couple of times then we might not be able to refund the amount.
What are the types of payment options available at PG Shop?
PG Shop accepts payment in the following modes-
- Cash On Delivery
- Payment by Credit Card
How Cash on Delivery works?
This works as follows
Step 1 - You order for a product online, When prompted for payment option please select Cash on Delivery.
Step 2 – You will be taken to another page where you will be asked for information like address, phone number to help us locate the location for delivery.
Step 3 - Within next 24 hours of the order being placed, you will receive a call on the phone number provided by you so that we can do reconfirm your order,address, suitable time for delivery etc.
Step 4 – Our logistics partner will also call you to fix a time by which to collect the payment
Step 5 – On the basis of time agreed upon,a delivery boy appointed by us would visit you to collect the transaction amount. On collection of the complete booking amount, you will be handed over your order and an official receipt .
When does my order get confirmed?
Your order is dispatched once the online ordering process is complete and the support team has confirmed the shipping address. This is done so that we are sure that the order is being dispatched to the right person at the right address. Post this, we go ahead and dispatch the order.
Is there an option to get free shipping/cash on delivery?
An order with a net value exceeding Rs 1,500 will be delivered free of cost. If you are only purchasing T-Shirts then two or more T-Shirts will have to bought to get them delivered for free. However, in case the total transaction amount is less than Rs 1,500 than you will be asked to pay Rs 100 as delivery charges.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
We try to make sure that we reach you at the time and place mentioned by you. If any customer refuses to pay the order or is unavailable at the designated time of delivery, the order is liable to be cancelled and PaGaLGuY.com shall not be liable for the cancellation of the order. We reserve the rights to not serve the customer again.We will really appreciate your support so that we can get improve and provide better services.
Important points to ensure quality transactions
- Please ensure that you are available at the telephone number provided by you when you opt for Cash On Delivery.
- It is important that you clearly specify the delivery address. This will help us to easily locate you and complete the process faster.
- Please be available at the designated address with the payment amount as per the order processed by you. Your order may get cancelled if we do not receive complete payment amount or if we fail to locate you at the address mentioned.
- Before transacting with the courier representative please make sure that the person delivering the order is a genuine employee of GATI and that he provides you with the product and an official GATI receipt.
